Other than my family, the one person on the cruise who has known me the longest is Karen King Berg. We met as infants in Spur, Texas and were close friends until I moved away 10 years later. We have stayed in touch all these years and her son, my godchild Ric, gave her the trip as a Christmas present. He brought his family along and Karen's sister, Sue Theodorsen came along as well.
