Celebrates 50th Anniversary

OETA-The Oklahoma Network celebrated their 50th Anniversary at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City on May 6, 2003. Guy and I were honored to be asked to perform for this very special occasion. Here we are with (left to right) Bill Thrash, OETA Deputy Director of Programming and Production and Producer of all the Welk specials and Bob Allen, CEO and President of the OETA Foundation and Executive Producer of all the Welk specials.

Our precious Shirley Lee, doing her make-up magic with Guy Lee Hovis. She does the make-up for all of our TV specials and the wraparounds on the weekly series.
